Groundskeeper — Kankakee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Kankakee County, Illinois. You will work on a golf course. You will lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
