Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Mills County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
