Ironing operator — Frederick County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Frederick County, Maryland. You will work in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; give each garment a final press before packing.
