Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in McDowell County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Day to day you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
