Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Panola County, Texas. You will work at an industrial plant. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Performance bonus on top of base pay.
