Powder coating technician • Bakassi, Cross River State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Bakassi, Cross River State. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
