Prep cook — Ikara

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Ikara, Kaduna State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
