Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
