Grill cook wanted in Egbeda

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Egbeda, Oyo State. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
