Commercial refrigeration engineer • Clay County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Clay County, Kansas. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Day-to-day duties: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
