Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Sakaba, Kebbi State. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
