Kitchen cook — Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Warren County, Virginia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
