Pot washer • Bee County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Bee County, Texas. You will work in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
