Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
