Vacancy available: cnc setter-operator (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Warren County, Georgia. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
