Vacancy available: surface coating operator (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Oconee County, Georgia. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
