Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Marshall County, Minnesota. The role involves inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
