Injection moulding machine operator — Tuscola County

Now hiring: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Tuscola County, Michigan. The job is in a CNC machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
