Dishwashing attendant — Henderson County

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Henderson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
