Aluminium tig welder — Luce County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Luce County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
