Conventional mill operator • Kukawa, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Kukawa, Borno State. You will work in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
