Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
