Sanitary plumber — Loudoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sanitary plumber in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will work in the maintenance team of a facilities company. Day-to-day duties: • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
