Assembly line worker — Searcy County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Searcy County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
