Power press operator — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Washington County, Wisconsin. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. On a typical shift you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
