Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Russell County, Alabama. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
