Baker — Peach County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Peach County, Georgia. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
