Machine setter-operator — Marlboro County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Marlboro County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
