Now hiring: precision welder (Oklahoma)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Beckham County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
