Blocklayer — Guthrie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Guthrie County, Iowa. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding You will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
