Maintenance painter — Tulare County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Tulare County, California. The role involves work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
