Lathe programmer-operator — Augusta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Augusta County, Virginia. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
