Cold room technician — Ika

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold room technician in Ika, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a commercial cold storage facility. Day to day you will replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; clean condenser and evaporator coils; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
