Deboner — Luton

Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Luton, England. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
