Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
