Scullery hand wanted in Arthur County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Arthur County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
