We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lafayette County, Missouri. The job is on an export house sewing floor. On a typical shift you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time with occasional weekends.
