Vacancy available: we are hiring a press machine operator in Gulf County, Florida. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
