Press machine operator wanted in Piatt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Piatt County, Illinois. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands Full-time, day shift. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
