Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Pepin County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
