Cement mason • Real County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cement mason in Real County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
