Fabrication workshop technician — Udung Uko

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Udung Uko, Akwa Ibom State. You will work on a window-and-door production line. Your main tasks: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
