Powder coating line operator — Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Madison County, Iowa. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Meals and transport allowance provided.
