Powder coating line operator — Brown County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Brown County, Ohio. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
