Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Houston County, Alabama. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day to day you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret; write and edit G-code programs at the control. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
