Mining dozer operator — Unicoi County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Unicoi County, Tennessee. You will work at an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes You will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
