Hand presser — Harding County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Harding County, New Mexico. You will give each garment a final press before packing; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
