Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Part-time with flexible hours.
