Injection moulding machine operator — Los Alamos County

Now hiring: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
