Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
